Can I Cancel My Order?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.

  • Orders in processing: A $15 processing fee will apply
  • Orders already shipped: Cancellation is no longer guaranteed

Once an order is in transit, we may attempt to recall it. If the recall is unsuccessful, shipping and related costs may be the responsibility of the customer.


Can I Return or Exchange an Item?

Yes, we accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • Items are unused and in new condition
  • Original packaging is intact

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Are There Any Items That Cannot Be Returned?

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized products (including arrows with cut shafts, replaced fletching, or arrowheads)
  • Items purchased with discounts over 10%
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Discontinued or out-of-stock items
  • Used items or items with damaged packaging
  • Requests made after 30 days of delivery

🎯 Custom Arrow Service:
We offer arrow customization (shaft cutting, fletching replacement, arrowhead changes) at $7 per dozen (12 arrows).
All customized arrows are final sale and non-refundable.


What About Customs Duties & Refused Shipments?

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees

If a package is refused due to:

  • Unpaid customs duties, or
  • Delivery refusal

Any resulting return, storage, or loss (including product value and shipping costs) may be the responsibility of the customer.


What If I Receive a Damaged or Missing Item?

Please inspect your package upon arrival.

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Contact us immediately with photos and your order number
  • Keep all packaging materials, as they are required for claims

We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.


What If I Receive a Defective Item?

We stand behind the quality of our products.

If you receive a defective item:

  • Contact us with photos or video evidence
  • Our support team will respond within 2 business days

We will provide a replacement or appropriate solution.


What If I Receive the Wrong Item?

If we shipped the wrong item:

  • We will cover the return shipping cost
  • The correct item will be shipped to you as soon as possible

If the wrong item was ordered by mistake:

  • Contact us for return or exchange options
  • Or place a new order for faster processing

What If I Don’t Receive My Package?

If your package has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe:

  • Contact us with your order number and tracking details

We will coordinate with the carrier and:

  • Resend your package, or
  • Issue a full refund if necessary

When Will I Receive My Refund?

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive your return
  • Funds are typically credited within 2 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
