Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free standard shipping on orders of $59 or more.

Free UPS shipping for compound bows and large orders.

Note: Sometimes orders are overweight and we will split your order into two or more packages.

Can you deliver items to my country?

We are happy to deliver our products worldwide, but there are some places where we are unable to deliver.

Please check your region on the checkout page, if you don't find it in the address bar then we can't deliver.

What information do you need for my first order?

Our website has an SSL Certificate, please feel free to browse and order!

When you place your first order, please make sure your delivery address is correct, as that's the address we will ship to. 

Please provide your best contact phone number and make sure your phone is reachable when the delivery person contacts you.

If you can't be reached, you must contact your local shipper to redeliver or pick up your package.

If you need to change any shipping information, please contact us immediately.

Can I cancel my order?

You can make any decision for your purchase and we respect any choice you make.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

For orders in process: We will charge a $15 processing fee (including packing and restocking).

For orders in transit: We will do our best to recall orders in transit, if we can't, thank you for your understanding!

Which carrier will ship my packages?

Our default free standard shipping carrier is International Postal Services, such as ePacket, eExpress, EMS, Air Parcel, etc. International Postal Services is an economical and stable way to ship packages safely.

Compound bows and large packages (such as 2 sets of bows or 10 dozen arrows, etc.) will be shipped via FREE UPS, a more expensive but fast and efficient carrier.

If you want fast delivery, please contact us to check the extra cost based on the courier (FEDEX, UPS, DHL, TNT, etc.) you want to use. We are unable to upgrade or change carriers once your order has been processed.

For bulk wholesale orders, we can accept EXW, FOB, CIF, C&F, FCA and so on, please leave the forwarder contact details if you want to use your own freight forwarder.

When will my order be processed?

Upon receipt of your order, our warehouse will usually arrange for shipment within 48 hours (2 days).

Out-of-stock orders will be shipped within 2-3 days after restocking and warehousing.

Customized items will be shipped as agreed.

In the event of force majeure, such as an epidemic outbreak or extreme weather, order processing will be delayed. Thank you for your understanding!

Can I track my packages?

Before shipping your packages, we will send you an email with shipping details, including tracking number and link.

With a tracking number, you can expect the delivery and also know the status of your order.

Package status is updated every 12 hours.

If your package has not been updated for more than a week, don't worry, please contact us.

How do I track my packages?

Please copy your Track ID and then go to the logistic provider’s official website to track:

If your order’s tracking number was still not updated after 7 days (one week), or you can’t see the tracking result, please contact us directly through the Order Confirmation Email, and our support team will help to check the order’s status and the package’s location for you.

How soon can I expect to receive my packages?

We use standard EMS air transport, usually 5-7 days, but the exact shipping time depends on the final delivery in your area. Here are our estimates:

  • United States: 10-20 Business days
  • Australia, New Zealand: 10-20 Business days
  • Canada, Europe: 10-20 Business days
  • Central & South America: 15-30 Business days
  • Asia: 10-20 Business days
  • Africa: 15-45 Business days

Customs Policy

  • We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. 
  • By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be sent to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.
  • If you have any problems about customs, please contact us, we'll do our best to help you.

What if the package i received is damaged?

  • When you receive your package, please check your item carefully. If the package appears damaged, please complete the following steps:
  • Take a picture of the damage.
  • Then please email us immediately and attach the photos.
  • We will contact you directly with the next steps.
  • DO NOT throw away the boxes or packaging materials, otherwise, your claim will not be honored by the shipping company.
